Horizon West Theater Company — Effective Date: July 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Horizon West Theater Company’s Volunteer Management System, RoleCall, and related communications and services. By registering as a volunteer, enrolling in a program, or interacting with HWTC through our systems, you agree to these Terms.

1. About HWTC

Horizon West Theater Company (“HWTC”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community theater organization based in Winter Garden, Florida. We provide performing arts education, volunteer opportunities, and community programming in connection with our nonprofit mission.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activities and the needs of HWTC. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@hwtco.org. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to volunteer with HWTC.

4. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in HWTC youth programs and classes is subject to availability and program-specific requirements. Fees, refund policies, and enrollment terms are communicated at the time of registration and may vary by program. HWTC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule programs with reasonable notice.

5. Photography & Media

HWTC may photograph or record rehearsals, performances, workshops, and other events for promotional and archival purposes. By participating in HWTC activities, you grant HWTC a non-exclusive license to use your likeness in connection with HWTC’s nonprofit mission. You may request to opt out by contacting us in writing.

6. Code of Conduct

All volunteers, participants, and guests are expected to treat others with respect and dignity. HWTC maintains a safe, inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds. HWTC reserves the right to remove any individual from its programs or facilities for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

HWTC is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HWTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our systems. Participation in HWTC activities is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by HWTC, including show materials, course content, logos, and system content, are the property of HWTC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute HWTC materials without prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

HWTC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in HWTC activities following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
